Barry Choy will be attending this year's 'Multihull Pioneers Tribute,’ hosted by WoodenBoat Publications at the 17th Annual WoodenBoatShow event being held June 27-June 29 at the Mystic Seaport in Mystic, Connecticut.

At the kind invitation of pioneering trimaran designer Jim Brown and WoodenBoat Publications, Barry will travel from Honolulu, Hawai`i, to Mystic to represent his father, Rudy Choy and the late Woody Brown, and will talk about the early development of catamarans including Woody Brown’s MANU KAI, the first modern catamaran, WAIKIKI SURF, the C/S/K story, and the role Hawai`i played in multihull design and development.

Barry will join a panel of multihull legends that includes Jim Brown, Meade Gougeon, Walter Greene, Dick Newick, and James Wharram at the dinner event Saturday, June 28th at 6:00PM.
